I think the time (Two days, again) wasn't wasted, I learned how to animate better.
I needed 60 layers!!!! 6 0 L A Y E R S!!!!
Here is my first (pathetic) try:

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactReally nice art,in my way of view this deviation has been animated really good. It is simple, making the viewer able to stare at it for a long time! it shows effort and is one of the rare deviations having this kind of art animated.So it is really original, the technique is easy to receive the critique of 5 stars and after showing it to some people all agreed so it deserves a good critique and is part of the good art you'll find on Deviantart's community. I recommend it for fans of animated deviations and it should be in a artist's favourites. It was a really cute demonstration of a blinking and it also shows an innocense,it causes the viewer emotions.
